After the initial joining fee, you are tied in for 6 months, then we move a 30-day rolling contract

Questions
What does the monthly support cover?
- Access to private Mad Heads Digital group, where you can ask questions to the community and our Admins, as well as answer other members’ questions
- Monthly report email commentating on your real time support and advising whether the activity you have been running is effective
- Support when required covering any small issues you are having with your campaigns, bigger problems may need more time, we’ll always be honest and upfront about any costs
- Access to private Mad Heads group where you can field questions to the community and our Admins
- PAYG – support for bigger tasks, as and when needed. Priced separately, upon request

- We’re like you, local business owners who just want to do a great job and get paid
- We also run a passion project Swim School in our spare time, so beyond Marketing, we have experience of running another kind of local business start up
