Our Experience
Mad Heads Digital is a family business run by Matthew and Mihaela Nicolescu. We met at University whilst studying a masters in Advertising and Marketing Communications.
In our careers we’ve worked for some of the UK’s leading digital agencies. As full time employed staff, we’ve worked at agencies such as Fresh Egg, SiteVisibility, Oban International and MBA.
As contractors we’ve worked with iCrossing, Brilliant Noise, WE and In The White Room to name a few – Matt also Co-Founded the Luxury Agency Giant Leap Digital.
Both Matt and Mihaela have worked in digital for almost 20 years and running Mad Heads for almost 10. In our careers we’ve worked with some of the UK’s most recogniseable brands, as well as many, many local businesses.
As our side project we’ve also built a highly successful Aquatics social enterprise business using our marketing skills. This is vital experience we can bring to other local business owners.
